Our client in Hauppauge is looking for a Help Desk/Phone Support Professional to start immediately.  This is a consulting assignment that will go through October and has a chance to become permanent.  They are looking for an entry level Help Desk person who is hungry and excited to grow their career.

Details:
*Heavy Phone Support 
*Supporting 500+ in the field and 100 in the office
*Supporting XP and Win 7
*Hardware support (laptop and desktop (replace mother boards, etc)
*Wireless Connectivity Issues
*Set up new workstations
*Printer Connectivity
*PLUS - TCP/IP
*PLUS - Any Networking knowledge

Should the position become permanent the candidate will be eligible for benefits, including tuition reimbursement for certifications
