The individual will be working very closely with internal and external partner(s) and multiple business divisions, specifically leading all aspects of technology and data changes with full understanding and support of the people and process changes. This is a multiyear program with a budget of $10MM+. 

Delivery of CRM and ERP projects with significant business change components.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Program Director is accountable and owns the successful delivery of strategic objectives and business benefits. During delivery, the Program Director has full responsibility, ownership and remit for decision-making and guaranteeing successful delivery. The Program Director responsibilities include:
•	Leading and shaping the early inception and initiation of the program required to meet the strategic business objective, in collaboration with the business owner;
•	Influencing business stakeholders so that programs align with our client’s strategy, and technology is used in ways that best advance achievement of the strategic objectives
•	Owning the business case (including strategic business benefits)
•	Owning the vision and plan to realize the business case and strategic objectives
•	Owning the program budget
•	Owning program governance to underwrite program decisions and direction
•	Owning program delivery (budget, schedule and quality) and realization of benefits
•	Providing day-to-day program leadership
•	Ensuring successful execution of program including design, quality assurance, user experience, delivery, change management and support
•	Ensuring functional areas are properly engaged and appropriately resource
•	Providing prioritization of program activities
•	Serving as final escalation and resolution point for program team
•	Managing program budget
•	Leading stakeholders in the program in a single delivery organization across technology and business resources.
•	Working in collaboration with the business owner in the realization of benefits
•	Leading the business change and transformation, being a key change advocate and change agent
•	Communicating and working in collaboration with all stakeholders to maintain buy-in and confidence in the program delivery and strategic objectives

Related work experience
•	Extensive experience working in IT/Business/Publishing
•	Program management and director experience in large cross-functional teams
•	Requires experience of implementing large transformation programs (enabled by technology) into large federated organizations
•	Leading and directing in challenging environments
•	Proven track record of influencing executives
•	Gaining business buy-in and adoption to the solution throughout the delivery lifecycle 
•	Strong leadership qualities, i.e. Honest, Competent, Inspiring, Intelligent, Assertive
